Service Fees

We collect a small deposit (“Booking Fee”) at the time You book an appointment. The balance is collected when the provided Service is completed based on the actual duration of the Service, cost of parts, and credits. We will email You an invoice and a link after the appointment where You can pay the balance online. Alternatively, You can pay with Venmo to user ID BangBangHandyman. In either case, payment is due within 48 hours of Our sending of the invoice. If You need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If You cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours prior, the Booking Fee is forfeited. If You cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the Appointment, at Our sole discretion we may charge up to $50 short-notice fee. The same applies if no one is at Your home to let us provide Services at the scheduled time. Regarding the scheduled time, if We are running more than 20 minutes late we will notify You.

Applicable law

By visiting This Website, You agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between You and Us, or our business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to Your visit to This Website or to products You purchase from Us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Massachusetts and You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Us and Our affiliates and hold Us harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from Your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on Liability
